We have a virtual platform KAMERGOODJOB consisting of a database of more than 1,000,000 qualified applications allowing us to provide solutions tailored to the needs of our customers.
We effectively provide concrete solutions to companies in the day-to-day management and development of human capital, determining factors of their performance. We position ourselves as the partner of employment, more precisely the partner of the employee, the partner of the employer, and the partner of the trainers in order to valorize all the participants of the employment chain to increase the performance of the companies and to guarantee a decent and stable employment to all the workers.
We want to become the first network in the sub-region in the management of human resources, training and detection of new talents in order to offer innovative and quality services on the national and international level.
Our added value is based on the digitalization of our HR processes, the application of a QHSE approach in the management of our human resources and the implementation of checkpoints at our clients' sites for the real-time verification of social security payments.
